The Rocks at Fort Baker

I spent a late afternoon over at Fort Baker which is just north of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.  It’s also about a mile from the beautiful seaside town of Sausalito.

Fort Baker is an old WWII military post and is now occupied by the US Coast Guard.  There are plenty of places to walk around the beautiful grounds and I found this location on the west end of Horseshoe Bay.  I got pretty low to the rocks and used my wide angle zoom lens to capture this perspective.

It was an overcast windy day, but the colors were really vibrant. You can view this image in full resolution at my website [HERE]. Cheers!
