Sea Stacks – Monochrome Madness Challenge

It was a beautiful, clear afternoon here in San Francisco this past Sunday when I made this image. The light from the 4:30pm sun was at such a nice angle and intensity that the detail and contrast on the sea stacks along this rugged shore was amazing.  This was shot just to the east of Sutro Baths.  The coastline along this section of the California Coast is truly terrific, making for great photography.
