Lime Point Lighthouse-San Francisco Bay

Yes…that’s the Golden Gate Bridge hovering over this old relic of a lighthouse.  It’s from the archives and deserves to be published again, IMHO.

What draws me to this image is the soft fog touching the bridge and hills in the background, providing an overall soothing feel against the tension of the bridge and structure itself.  What do you see?

The image is wonderful, and so is the fog! The scene is very calm, almost as if there is no big city around somewhere.

    Kind regards,

  3. Wonderful! The structure is strong but love the mist creeping in, softens it. So good Dan 😀

A protective golden arm 🙂 so huge and the little lighthouse looks like it belongs to a forgotten era. A very different view of SF Bay.

I really like how that small building adds so much scale, amazing. I see a building being dwarfed by a big red bridge, great work Dan.
